Deposit & Credit Card Policy: All reservation requires to be guaranteed with a credit card or 50% in cash or money order to be received no later than 7 days prior to the guest arrival date. Cancellation Policy: All cancellation or change of dates must be carried out at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival, if not cancelled or changed in the mentioned time, the charge of one night will be charged or deposit will be forfeited. Under no circumstance will reimbursements for early departures be refunded ("Early Check-Out"). Cancellations or no-shows are subject to an administrative fee of $25 charged by Hotel Payment Services.
